Shipping policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable as you are selecting a third-party business to deliver your order. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, we have a return policy you'll want to take a quick peek at.

Typically, if you live in the New England area and you select USPS First Class shipping your order should be delivered to you in 1-2 business days once it ships. From New York to Colorado as you move westward across the USA, it may take 3-4 business days to arrive. West coast states will generally see their order delivered in 3-5 business days. These are carrier estimates, and technically they say it could take up to 10-12 business days via First Class. So, keep that in mind when you select your shipping method if you have a desired time frame.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your custom made product may vary. The business carrier you select at checkout may have their own shipping delays and notices posted on their website. These folks work hard like you do, so kindness always goes both ways and happens to go a really long way for them! Check on USPS or UPS for shipping related issues with a phone call.
